Panchmahal Steel Ltd. on Friday, 23 May 2025, has announced Final dividend of 30 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 12 September 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 12 September 2025.

The last five dividends are 40% Final dividend (Ex Date : 14 September 2022), 12.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 18 July 2013), 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 05 July 2012), 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 14 July 2011) and 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 22 July 2010).
