The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 234.03 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 246.67 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.12 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.30 per cent at Rs 819.81 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 903.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.61 per cent to Rs 599.82 crore from Rs 622.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 40.36 per cent at Rs 112.51 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 80.16 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 17.29 per cent to Rs 232.92 crore as against Rs 281.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.83 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 12.87 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.19 crore, while Taxation decreased by 8.24 per cent at Rs 77.04 crore (Jun'24 Rs 83.96 crore).
