The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 56.05 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 49.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 13.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.36 per cent at Rs 649.07 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 577.69 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.44 per cent to Rs 570.97 crore from Rs 498.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 75.45 per cent at Rs 5.86 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.34 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 10.91 per cent to Rs 87.36 crore as against Rs 78.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.25 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 2.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.37 crore, while Taxation increased by 12.45 per cent at Rs 19.69 crore (Jun'24 Rs 17.51 crore).
