Appointment of Statutory Auditor:\r\n\r\nThe Board of Directors upon completion of term of existing statutory auditor M/s M. A. Parekh & Associates, Chartered Accountants and based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of M/s. S C Mehra & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants as statutory auditors of the Company for a period of 05(five) consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till 2029-30, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.\r\n
