The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.56 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 70.91 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 40.56 per cent at Rs 18.82 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 20.46 per cent to Rs 16.64 crore from Rs 20.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 31.41 per cent at Rs 2.05 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.56 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 79.70 per cent to Rs 2.18 crore as against Rs 10.74 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 65.82 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation decreased by 60.94 per cent at Rs 1.16 crore (Jun'24 Rs 2.97 crore).
