The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.45 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 30.88 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 50.22 per cent at Rs 38.23 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 54.25 per cent to Rs 32.70 crore from Rs 21.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 10.53 per cent at Rs 0.68 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.76 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 30.12 per cent to Rs 5.53 crore as against Rs 4.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13.31 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 56.34 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.31 crore, while Taxation increased by 57.32 per cent at Rs 1.29 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.82 crore).
