The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.41 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10412.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 190.28 per cent at Rs 99.16 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 34.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 155.56 per cent to Rs 87.81 crore from Rs 34.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 33.80 per cent at Rs 0.95 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.71 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5504.76 per cent to Rs 11.35 crore as against Rs -0.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2008.33 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 359.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 1786.67 per cent at Rs 2.83 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.15 crore).
