The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.93 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 54.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 46.10 per cent at Rs 4.97 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.22 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 36.52 per cent to Rs 5.51 crore from Rs 8.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 54.41 per cent at Rs 11.04 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 7.15 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 200.00 per cent to Rs -0.54 crore as against Rs 0.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 285.49 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation decreased by 17.65 per cent at Rs 1.54 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.87 crore).
