The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.72 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 137.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.64 per cent at Rs 48.00 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 39.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.37 per cent to Rs 52.20 crore from Rs 48.17 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 6.97 per cent at Rs 15.08 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 16.21 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 51.72 per cent to Rs -4.21 crore as against Rs -8.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 60.34 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 92.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation decreased by 31.72 per cent at Rs 0.99 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.45 crore).
