Amendment to MOA and AOA of the company was approved by Board of Director. The proposed changes in the MOA AND AOA of the company is subject to necessary approvals from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, shareholders in a general meeting, Stock Exchange and any other regulatory authority and consequent amendments to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company will be done.
