Kothari Petroche has declared 10% Interim dividend for the financial year March 2026

Kothari Petrochemicals Ltd. on Tuesday, 05 August 2025, has announced Interim dividend of 10 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Tuesday, 19 August 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 19 August 2025.

The last five dividends are 10% Final dividend (Ex Date : 18 July 2024), 7.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 16 February 2024), 7.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 02 August 2023), 5% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 15 February 2023) and 5% Final dividend (Ex Date : 29 July 2019).
