Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from September 17, 2025 to September 23, 2025 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of the 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 23, 2025 at 4.00 p.m. IST.
