This is in furtherance to our intimation on the outcome of the meeting of the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company ('Board') held on 22nd August, 2025 and intimation of record date, this is to inform you that the Rights Issue Committee in its meeting held today, i.e., 29th August, 2025, has approved the Letter of Offer, Abridged Letter of Offer and all other application forms for the Rights Issue of the Company which is scheduled to be opened on September 09, 2025 and to be closed on September 19, 2025.
