Hyundai Motor India Ltd on Monday reported a 4.23 per cent year-on-year decline in sales, with total dispatches at 60,501 units in August against 63,175 units in the same month last year.

The August tally comprised 44,001 units sold in the domestic market and 16,500 units exported, the company said in a statement.
