In terms of Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) and in continuation to our earlier intimation letter no. GRSE/BD-69/CA/11/2025-26 dated 15 May 2025, we would like to inform that pursuant to the Ministry of Defence letter no. 1/1(1)/ 2019/ D(NS) dated 03 Sep 2025 the Government has extended the Additional Charge of the post of Director (Finance), GRSE, to Cmde Hari P R, IN (Retd.), Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, for a further period of 01 Month w.e.f. 01 Sep 2025, or till the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post, or until further orders, whichever is earliest.
