DCM Shriram Limited has informed the Exchange about General Updates thatthe Regional Director, Northern Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi vide its order dated 3rd September 2025 has also approved the shifting of Registered Office of the Company from NCT of Delhi to the State of Haryana.
