Tata Motors on Friday announced a reduction in passenger vehicle prices, ranging from Rs 75,000 to Rs 1.55 lakh, effective September 22, to fully pass on the benefits of the GST rate cut to customers.

According to the company, the small car Tiago will become cheaper by Rs 75,000, Tigor by Rs 80,000, and Altroz by Rs 1.10 lakh. Similarly, prices of the compact SUV Punch will drop by Rs 85,000, while the Nexon will see the steepest cut of Rs 1.55 lakh.
