TGV Sraac Ltd announced that it has added 2.5 MWp of solar power capacity through the acquisition of a solar power plant from its group company, Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Ltd (SRHHL). The purchase was carried out under an agreement approved by the Board and Audit Committee on August 8, 2025.

With this addition, the company’s total solar power generation capacity has increased from 42.90 MWp to 45.40 MWp.
