Interarch expands manufacturing capacity with new facilities in AP and Uttarakhand

Interarch Building Solutions Limited has announced two major milestones in its manufacturing expansion: the commissioning of Phase 2 of its Andhra Pradesh plant for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) and a new Box Column Line at its Kichha facility in Uttarakhand. The combined investment of Rs 53 crore is expected to create over 200 direct and indirect jobs, supporting regional industrial growth.

Phase 2 of the Andhra Pradesh plant, located in Athivaram Village, Nellore district, has an annual installed capacity of 25,000 MT and makes the facility a fully integrated PEB plant. Strategically positioned near major industrial corridors and ports, it will cater to high-growth sectors such as renewables, EV infrastructure, semiconductors, e-commerce, warehousing, data centers, automotive, and infrastructure projects across South and West India.

The new Box Column Line at the Kichha plant, with an investment of Rs 21 crore, adds 15,000 MT per year to its production capacity. Featuring advanced automation and precision tooling, it produces large-format box sections with high torsional strength and corrosion resistance, enhancing Interarch’s capabilities for multi-storey buildings, high-rises, and complex steel structures.

Arvind Nanda, Managing Director of Interarch, said these expansions reinforce the company’s commitment to India’s industrial growth and position it as a leader in pre-engineered and multi-storey steel construction. Gautam Suri, Whole Time Director, highlighted that the upgrades will enable faster, flexible, and cost-effective solutions while maintaining high quality standards.

These developments reflect Interarch’s focus on innovation, sustainability, and alignment with the Government of India’s ‘Make in India’ initiative.
