Avantel Ltd on Thursday said it has received a purchase order worth Rs 12.51 crore (including taxes) from Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) for the supply of Satcom products. The order, dated September 17, 2025, is to be executed by March 2026.

As per the filing under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s LODR Regulations, the contract includes a 3% performance bank guarantee. The order is domestic in nature and falls under the manufacturing category. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor related parties have any interest in BEL with respect to this transaction.
