In continuation of our earlier disclosures dated August 08, 2025, and September 03, 2025, and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as well as pursuant to the email communication received from BSE Limited, we wish to inform you that while submitting the disclosure on August 08, 2025 regarding the resignation of Mr. Aslam Gopalpuria, the Company inadvertently omitted to attach a copy of the resignation letter.\r\n\r\nOn September 03, 2025, the Company had hence submitted a revised intimation to rectify the unintentional omission and to ensure completeness and transparency in its filings, wherein the resignation letter of Mr. Aslam Gopalpuria was duly attached and filed with the Stock Exchange.\r\n\r\nThe Company regrets the inadvertent error in the earlier submission and affirms its commitment to making timely, accurate, and comprehensive disclosures in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.\r\n
