Avantel Ltd. has announced that it has received a purchase order worth Rs. 8.82 crore (excluding taxes) from Bharat Electronics Limited for the supply of power amplifiers. The order, issued via email on September 25, 2025, is scheduled for execution by March 2026 and includes a 3% Performance Bank Guarantee.

The contract, awarded by a domestic entity, involves manufacturing and does not fall under related party transactions. Avantel confirmed that neither the promoters nor the promoter group have any interest in Bharat Electronics.
