With reference to the captioned subject, it is being informed that Shri Raja Iyer (DIN: 07602907) has ceased to hold their office w.e.f September 26, 2025 as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, on the completion of his second consecutive term. The details as required under SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure-I.
