In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and further to our correspondence having Ref. No.: AIL/SE/18/2025-26 dated June 28, 2025, regarding levying of fine for non-compliance with Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we herewith update that the fine is reversed off by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited ( NSE ), as annexed.
