With reference to the Financial Results submitted on 17th May 2025 under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to clarify that due to a typographical error, the following inadvertent mistakes occurred in the filing:\r\n In the Cash Flow Statement, the period was wrongly mentioned as FY 2023-24 instead of FY 2024-25.\r\n In the heading, 'FY 2025 Unaudited' was mentioned instead of 'FY 2025 Audited.'\r\nWe confirm that the above error was purely clerical typographical in nature, occurred unintentionally, and has since been rectified. There have been no changes in the financials. The revised Financial Results been enclosed herewith.\r\nWe sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and assure you that adequate internal checks have been put in place to avoid recurrence of such errors in the future.
