Mittal Life Style Limited has informed the Exchange that members through postal ballot with more than requisite majority on September 26, 2025 (the last date of e-voting)have approved the increase of authorised share capital of the Company and consequential amendment to the capital clause of the Memorandum of Association and appointment of Mr. Pratik Brijeshkumar Mittal as the Executive Director.
