M&M to sell Finnish Arm Sampo Rosenlew to TERA for About Rs 52 cr

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) on Monday announced it will divest its Finnish subsidiary Sampo Rosenlew Oy, which manufactures combine harvesters and forestry machinery, to TERA for over Rs 50 crore.

The automaker said it has signed a share purchase agreement with Tera Yatirim Teknoloji Holding Anonim Sirketi (TERA) to sell its entire stake in Sampo Rosenlew Oy. The deal is valued at €5 million (approximately Rs 52 crore at current exchange rates), according to M&M’s regulatory filing.
