CRP Risk Management - Shareholders Meeting - Adjournment Of The 25Th AGM Of The Company Due To Want Of Quorum.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that the 25th Annual General Meeting (\AGM\) of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. through Video Conferencing (\VC\) / Other Audio Visual (\OAVM\) could not be conducted due to want of quorum. \r\nAccordingly in terms of the provisions of Section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013, the AGM stands adjourned to the same day in the next week i.e. on Tuesday, October 07, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. through VC/OAVM.\r\nThe notice of the adjourned AGM remains the same as that of the original meeting.
