This is to inform you that CPC, MCA vide Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name' dt. 29-sep-2025 has approved name change from 'Jagsonpal Finance and Leasing Limited to 'Jagsonpal Services Limited' w.e.f. 29-sep-2025.\r\n\r\nA copy of said certificate attached herewith.\r\n\r\nIn Principle approval from BSE is awaited.
