The Shareholders of the Company at the 34th AGM held on 30th September 2025 approved the following appointments:\r\n1. The appointment of M/s G Soni & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries (FCS 12019) (CP No. 17876) as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 consecutive years.\r\n2. The appointment of Mr. Gaurav Soni (DIN: 11252209) and Ms. Anchal Agrawal (DIN: 11257393) as an independent director of the Company.
