We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., Saturday, October 4, 2025, inter-alia, has considered and approved the appointment of Sri. Subbiah Thangaraj, Sri. Vishwaa Narasiman, Sri. Rudra Narsiman and Smt. Anu Murali as additional directors of the Company with effect from October 4, 2025. Sri. Subbiah Thangaraj was also appointed as the Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from 4th October 2025 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. Further, Sri. K Ramakrishnan and Sri. S Varadarajan resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from October 4, 2025.
