We wish to inform you that Mr. Tirth Tapan Mazumdar (DIN: 07891495) has tendered his resignation from the position of Independent Director of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours on October 07, 2025. Consequently, Mr. Mazumdar shall also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Board. The Board has reconstituted these Committees in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements
