Rajasthan Gases - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Amendments to Memorandum & Articles of Association

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and further to our intimation dated 27th September 2025, the Company has done necessary filling of E-forms with the Registrar of Companies ('ROC') for the alterations in the Object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company and the same has been registered and Company has received the Certificate from the ROC for alteration of the MOA. \r\nRegistrar of Companies, has also approved adoption of new set of Article of Association of the company as per the format of Table F of the Companies Act,2013.\r\nThe details of alteration of the MOA are given in Annexure -I & II.\r\nThe details of alteration of AOA are given in Annexure III.\r\n
