Prajay Engineers Syndicate Limited has informed the Exchange about General UpdatesSubject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 Clarification regarding Object of the Issues as mentioned in the Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) Notice dated September 6, 2025 and Corrigendum dated September 18, 2025 to the AGM Notice. Dear Sir/Madam, This refers to the Object of the Issue as mentioned in the Explanatory Statement to Notice of AGM dated September 6, 2025 and the subsequent Corrigendum there to dated September 18, 2025 issued as per the direction of National Stock Exchange of India Limited.In connection with the same, as directed by NSE, minor amendments have been made to the 4th paragraph under point (b) Capital Expenditure requirements towards renovation/ completion of existing properties of the Hotel Complex in Celebrity Resort, Shamirpet, Hyderabad Rs. 8,23,46,206/- under Item 5 Object of the Issue as mentioned in Corrigendum dated September 18, 2025 to the Annual General Meeting Notice.The said paragraph shall be read as follows: The company may, in case there is no immediate requirement but funds being made available from the aforesaid Preferential issue, invest and hold the same in short term deposits, bonds, liquid funds, debt mutual funds and other such similar instruments and withdraw as and when required to meet project specific expenditure as per the applicable laws.
