CRP Risk Management - Shareholders Meeting - Adjournment Of The 25Th AGM Of The Company Due To Want Of Quorum.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the 25th AGM of the Company originally scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 12.00 pm through VC/OAVM could not be conducted due to want of quorum and was adjourned to Tuesday, October 07, 2025 at 12.00 pm through VC/OAVM but the same also could not be conducted due to want of quorum.\r\nAccordingly, in terms of the provisions of section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013, the AGM again stands adjourned to the same day in the next week i.e. on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 12.00 pm through VC/OAVM.
