Ambika Cotton Mills Limited has informed the Exchange about The Appellate Order dt. 30.08.2025 passed by Commissioner of GST and Central Excise (Appeals), Coimbatore, today, setting aside the order of the Adjudicating Authority cancelling the entire demand raised Rs. 4.10 Crores. The Adjudicating Authority raised demand vide Order dt. 27.04.2023, on the basis of SCN dt. 11.07.2008 and 21.07.2008.
