Tanfac Inds. Q2 net profit down 11.03% at Rs 17.18 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 17.18 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 19.31 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 11.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 51.28 per cent at Rs 168.69 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 111.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 68.12 per cent to Rs 141.81 crore from Rs 84.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 15.07 per cent at Rs 0.62 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.73 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.03 per cent to Rs 26.88 crore as against Rs 27.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 34.58 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 290.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.78 crore, while Taxation decreased by 17.44 per cent at Rs 5.49 crore (Sep'24 Rs 6.65 crore).
