The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.50 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 60.26 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.59 per cent at Rs 89.40 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 70.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.73 per cent to Rs 89.23 crore from Rs 69.86 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 9.74 per cent at Rs 3.83 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 3.49 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 77.63 per cent to Rs 0.17 crore as against Rs 0.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 82.41 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 60.43 per cent at Rs 0.74 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.87 crore).
