This with referece to email dated 17th October, 2025 seeking clarification on the significant price movement in shares of the Company , we wish to inform you that the Company has made all the necessary disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disculosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) that have a bearing on the operations / performance of the Company which include all price senstitive information , etc. and has not withhold any material/price sensitive information that in its opinion would have bearing on the significant movement in price of shares.\r\nTherefore, the said movement in price of shares of the Company is purely market driven and due to market conditions.\r\nWe would like to reiterate that the Company has always and will continue to adhere to the compliances required under the Listing Regulations and other applicable laws.\r\nKindly take the same on record.
