VST Industries Q2 net profit up 24.50% at Rs 59.21 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 59.21 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 47.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 24.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.87 per cent at Rs 335.31 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 360.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 11.94 per cent to Rs 257.50 crore from Rs 292.42 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 49.19 per cent at Rs 11.95 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 8.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 16.28 per cent to Rs 78.62 crore as against Rs 67.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 24.87 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation increased by 12.15 per cent at Rs 19.20 crore (Sep'24 Rs 17.12 crore).
