Suryo Foods & Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Update on board meeting, the Company vide its intimation dated 27.10.2025 had informed that the meeting of the BoD of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday,03.11.2025 at 12:00 PM at the registered office of the Company at Dinalpi Bhawan, A-54/1 & A-55/1, Nayapalli, Baramunda, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha-751003, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30.09.2025 and other agenda items. In continuation to the above, pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended, this is to inform you that the meeting of the BoD of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday, 03.11.2025, will also consider inter-alia the proposal of fund raising by way of issue of equity shares or other securities of the Company through a rights issue and/or any other permissible mode, as may be permitted under applicable law, subject to such regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required. \r\n
