Bhansali Engg.Po Q2 net profit down 14.61% at Rs 40.09 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 40.09 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 46.95 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 14.61 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 11.40 per cent at Rs 325.10 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 366.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.06 per cent to Rs 276.02 crore from Rs 313.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 36.75 per cent at Rs 7.66 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 12.11 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 7.45 per cent to Rs 49.08 crore as against Rs 53.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.50 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation decreased by 8.24 per cent at Rs 14.48 crore (Sep'24 Rs 15.78 crore).
