DLF Q2 net profit zooms 426.85% at Rs 1013.45 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1,013.45 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 192.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 426.85 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 28.45 per cent at Rs 646.53 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 903.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 28.52 per cent to Rs 542.44 crore from Rs 758.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 406.69 per cent at Rs 934.75 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 184.48 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 28.05 per cent to Rs 104.09 crore as against Rs 144.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.56 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 47.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 43.43 crore, while Taxation increased by 465.40 per cent at Rs 206.03 crore (Sep'24 Rs 36.44 crore).
