Baba Arts Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we have to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held on Tuesday, the 11th November, 2025 at 3.30 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at B1 & B4, Baba House, 86, M.V. Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400093 inter alia to transact the following business:\r\n\r\n1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year Ended 30th September, 2025.\r\n \r\nFurther, as intimated earlier vide our communication dated 24th September, 2025 the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company which was closed from Wednesday the 1st October,2025 in pursuance of Company's Insider Trading Policy shall remain closed till Thursday the 13th November, 2025 (both days inclusive) i.e till 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the Company in the afore stated Board Meeting.\r\n
