Road, Ludhiana inter-alia to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Disclosure of Trading Window: The Company has already intimated to the Stock Exchange on September 22, 2025 that the Trading Window of the Company for trading/dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, October 01, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025.
