KG Denim Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025, is being postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The REVISED date of the Board Meeting is Friday, 14th November, 2025. Trading Window for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives which remains closed since 01.10.2025, as notified vide our letter dated 26.09.2025, shall continue to remain closed till the 16th November, 2025, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015.\r\n
