Nicco Parks & Re - Board Meeting Intimation for Taking On Record, The Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results,

Nicco Parks & Resorts Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record, the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results, subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Quarter & half year ended on September 30, 2025. Further, in continuation to our letter dated September 25, 2025, regarding closure of trading window for the aforesaid purpose, the 'Trading Window' for trading in Company's securities, will continue to remain closed until expiry of 48 hours after the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter & half year ended September 30, 2025 are submitted to Stock Exchanges in terms of Company's 'Code of Conduct' to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated persons.
