September 2, 2025 and the Interim Resolution Professional is performing functions as mentioned under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (the Code). In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, will be considered and disseminated on November 12, 2025.
