Accelya Solutions In Q1 net profit down 9.81% at Rs 28.67 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 28.67 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 31.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.81 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.50 per cent at Rs 133.59 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 119.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.91 per cent to Rs 86.44 crore from Rs 72.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 9.64 per cent at Rs 3.00 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 3.32 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.19 per cent to Rs 47.15 crore as against Rs 47.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.40 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 161.18 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.22 crore, while Taxation decreased by 9.38 per cent at Rs 9.85 crore (Sep'24 Rs 10.87 crore).
