S R Industries L - Results-Delay in Financial Results

These results have been prepared and submitted pursuant to the directions of the Exchange, in connection with the waiver application filed with BSE on 26.12.2024, seeking waiver of all penalities, fines and annual listing fees levied for non-filing or delayed filing of complainces prior to november 2024. The reported quarter pertaines to the transitional phase preceding the assumption of control by new managment w.e.f november 2024. Since then, the Company has regularised its complainces submitted all required filings to the Exchange.
